- Project Manager/Engineer
Prerequsites include a structural/civil engineering degree OR a project engineering degree OR a construction management degree
OR equivalent hands-on experience in a related field. Skills required include AutoCAD, SolidWorks, project management, planning,
scheduling, expense tracking, purchasing, interfacing with customers, problem solving, preparing submittals, concept drawings,
preparing manuals, etc. The ideal candidate is looking for a long term position primarily as a project manager with opportunities
to expand as a structural engineer within a small, growing company. Candidates should be prepared to make jobsite visits. Standard
working hours are 7:00AM-4:00PM.
- Millwright/Iron Worker
Experience in the bridge crane industry is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and has
experience erecting steel, making connections, and rigging. Steel fabrication experience including layout, welding, oxy-acetylene and
plasma cutting is a plus. An electrical background is an added plus, but certainly not required. Willing to train a candidate that has
the right attitude and is a hard worker. The position is primarily as an installer and includes occasional travel.
- Jobsite Foreman
Experience as an on-site installer/millwright/iron worker within the bridge crane industry is required. Experience leading a crew is
preferred but not required, for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and has experience erecting steel,
making connections, and rigging.Steel fabrication experience including layout, welding, oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting is a plus.
An electrical background is an added plus, but not required. This position will be leading a 2-3 man crew, installing bridge cranes
and related support structures across New England. The position is front-facing with our customers, on-site for the duration of the jobs.
The position includes occasional overnight travel, typically within New England and home for weekends. Benefits include health and
disability insurance, 401k with employer match, three weeks paid time off, ten paid holidays, and overtime available. Jobsite foreman
are equipped with a service truck and industry-specific tools.
- Millwright Apprentice
No experience necessary, though a tech school background or equivalent professional experience will be favored. The ideal candidate is
dependable, flexible, and highly motivated. Responsibilities will include both on-site installations as well as shop fabrication.
Site work includes layout, erecting steel and cranes, making connections, and rigging. Fabrication work includes layout, drilling,
welding, oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting. All work will be trained and supervised by an on-site foreman. The position includes
occasional overnight travel, typically within New England and home for weekends. Benefits include health and disability insurance,
401k with employer match, three weeks paid time off, ten paid holidays, and overtime available.
- Steel Fabricator
Experience in the bridge crane industry is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and has steel fabrication

- Service Technician
Apprentice/Experienced Overhead Crane and Hoist Technician to wire, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electric overhead
traveling bridge cranes and hoists. Licensed electrician with mechanical background preferred.
